- ‘WELLISH’ 480 Ton and 300 Ton HPDC: Fully automatic machines equipped with JS ladle, extractor, and sprayer (one of each).
- ‘AL’ 1250T HPDC: Fully automatic machine featuring a ladle, extractor, and sprayer (one unit).
- Power Connection: A robust 325 kW power connection, with the capability to enhance up to 500 kW.
- Electric Melting Furnace: 350 kg/hour output electric melting furnace for efficient metal processing.
- Electric Melting Cum Holding Furnaces: 300 kg capacity electric melting and holding furnaces for continuous production.
- Supporting Machines: Includes radial drilling machines, milling machines, automatic tapping machines, center lathes, grinders, hydraulic presses, and power tools.
- ‘KAISER’ Air Compressor: 200 CFM air compressor with dryer for consistent airflow and efficiency.
- Cooling Tower: 60 TR rating cooling tower with separate hot and cold wells for optimal temperature management.
- Measuring Instruments: Precision measuring instruments and surface plates for accurate machining and quality control.
- Power Backup: 125 KVA D.G. set for reliable power backup during outages.
- Fettling Support: Fettling supported by belt sander, band saw, and other advanced power tools.
- Mass Melting: 1200kg FO mass melting capacity furnace
- Shot Blasting: Equipped with a turnstile type hanger and tumble drum type shot blasting machines (one of each).
- ‘AMS’ CNC Turning Centers: Five CNC turning centers for high-precision machining of castings.
- ‘EICHER’ Trucks: Two trucks with 8-ton carrying capacity for efficient transportation of materials.
- Automatic Die Coat Machine: Suitable for 300 – 1600 T; supports four die casting machines.
